Reputation Workflows

Let them tell you what you did right.

Review requests trigger after every job closes. Everyone gets the same message and the same page: post publicly in one tap, or leave you a private note underneath. Nobody is filtered out of the Google link. Every response lands in your CRM, tracked and answerable.

Every customer gets the same ask.

One request, one page, both options sitting on it. Where a review lands is the customer's call, not a filter you set behind the scenes.

★★★★★

Same page, both options

The public review links sit at the top. Google, Trustpilot, your industry site. Most people who pick five stars use them right there.

★★★★

Same page, both options

Still one tap from Google. Plenty of four-star reviews are worth having. If they also want to tell you the missing piece privately, that field is right below.

★ to ★★★

Same page, both options

Nothing is hidden. They can post publicly if they want to. The private note gives them a second place to put the detail, and it lands in your CRM as a follow-up task.

One request, one page, two things a customer can do with it.

01. Request sent

Review SMS or email

Trigger fires automatically after job completion. Plain language, one click to rate.

02. One page opens

Public links, front and center

Google Business, Trustpilot, wherever you want reviews. Available to every customer at every rating.

03. Review posted

Live and indexed

Your reputation grows on the platforms that matter most. Cumulative, searchable, social proof.

01. Same request

Same SMS or email

One version goes to everybody. No screening question, no branch, no filter.

02. Same page

Private note underneath

Offered alongside the public links, never instead of them. Room to explain. You receive it directly.

03. You respond

Fix it or learn

Lands in the CRM as a task with a name attached. Someone follows up instead of it sitting in an inbox.

How it runs, in practice.

Review requests trigger on a schedule you set. Every customer lands on the same page with the same options. The system logs what they do with it.

When After project delivery

Workflow fires automatically. You set the delay (immediately, after 1 day, after 7 days). Works best when the work is fresh.

Channel SMS or email

SMS gets faster responses. Email leaves a paper trail. Use both or pick one. Either way the link is one-tap.

Copy Your words, not templates

We write the request in your voice. Not generic. Not pushy. "Hey, quick question for you." You review and approve before it goes.

The page One destination for everybody

No hidden filters, no screening question deciding who sees the Google link. Public links up top, a private note field below, and the customer picks.

Logging Every interaction tracked

When the request went out. Whether they opened it. Whether a review posted. Whether a private note came in. All in your CRM.

Compliance note: Every customer gets the same request. Every customer can post publicly. A private feedback channel is offered alongside, never instead of, public reviews. That is the rule.

What's included.

Custom request copy

We write the request message in your voice. Short, clear, zero guilt-trip. You review it. We deploy it.

Automated triggering

Workflows fire on a schedule after project delivery. Set it once. Let it run. New projects trigger automatically.

One response page

Public review links up top, private note field below. Same page for every customer. No manual sorting needed.

Private feedback field

Open to anyone who wants it. Room to explain. Responses land in your CRM as a task, not a dead inbox.

Review links configured

All your public review URLs wired in. Google Business, Trustpilot, whatever you use. One-click from customer.

Full logging and tracking

Every request sent, opened, and answered. All responses logged in your CRM. Drill down by customer or date.

The four-step setup.

Step 1

Map your reviews

Tell us where you want reviews to land: Google, Trustpilot, your industry site. We get the links ready.

Step 2

Write the request

We draft a message. You tweak it. Your voice, your tone. No template feel. Then we lock it in.

Step 3

Set the trigger

When should the request fire? Right after delivery, 1 day later, a week out. You choose. We automate it.

Step 4

Go live

Next project that completes, the request goes out. You monitor responses in your CRM. Adjust if needed.

Questions that come up.

Can we ask multiple times if they don't respond?

Yes. But once.

Workflow includes one followup, 3 days after the first request. After that it stops. You can also trigger manual reminders if you want to be more aggressive, but the automation is built for respect.

What if they post a bad review publicly anyway?

That is their right.

They can, and they should be able to. Our job is not to prevent that. Our job is to make the ask easy so good work gets the reviews it earned, and to give unhappy customers a second door to you that they can walk through as well.

Can we send unhappy customers somewhere else instead?

No, and you do not want that.

Filtering who sees the public link based on the rating they picked is review gating. Google prohibits it and it puts your profile at risk. What we build instead: the same page for everyone, public links always available, private feedback as an extra option.

How long until we start seeing reviews?

Depends on response rate.

Some customers respond within hours. Others ignore it. Expect 20-40% to complete the request in the first week if you time it right. Quality matters more than volume. Three detailed reviews beat a dozen generic ones.

Is this Google-compliant?

Yes, when built right.

Every customer gets the same request and the same page. Anyone can post publicly. Private feedback is an additional channel, never a replacement. No incentives attached. That is the compliant setup and it is the only one we build.

Turn feedback into fuel.

Every review is proof. Automate the ask, give people one honest page to answer on, track what comes back. Reputation management stops being a to-do and starts being a system.
