What we collect, why we collect it, who it goes to, and how to get it removed.
This explains what Mindset Affiliates, LLC collects, why, who it goes to, and how to get it removed. It covers this website and the services we run for clients.
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, apply to the affiliate program or email us, we collect what you type. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your project.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or ad that sent you.
Information from other sources. If you reach us through an advertising or social platform, that platform may pass along basic campaign information so we know which campaign you came from.
We do not collect special category information such as health, biometric or precise location data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
This site may offer an assistant that answers questions about what we do. What you type into it is sent to an AI provider to generate the reply, and we keep a record of the conversation so we can improve the answers and follow up if you asked us to.
Do not put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat. If you want a conversation deleted, email us and we will remove it.
We only send marketing email or text messages to people who asked for them, or who became clients and can reasonably expect them.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. Analytics and advertising platforms we use may set their own cookies to measure campaigns.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working properly if you do. Where the law requires a consent banner before non essential cookies load, we will show one.
We share information with service providers who run parts of our business for us, and only so they can do that job. These fall into the following categories:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business. If that last one ever happens, we will tell you.
Card payments are handled by a third party payment processor. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we do not store it. The processor handles that information under its own privacy policy and its own security standards.
When we build and run systems for a client, that client's own customer data may pass through those systems. In that situation the client decides what is collected and why, and we act on their instructions.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and you want your information removed, contact that business directly. If you are not sure who to ask, email us and we will point you to them.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable follow up period after that. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and then for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete it or strip it of anything identifying.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Email [email protected] and we will handle it. We may need to confirm who you are first. We aim to respond within thirty days.
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
This site and our services are meant for business owners and are not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The version published here is the current one and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change is significant we will make it obvious.
