Print to pipeline.

QR codes live on physical things: table tents, flyers, packaging, business cards, vehicle wraps, window decals. Each one feeds a tracked link into a landing page, a form, a tag, an email sequence. Every scan has a home.

One code, one tracked path.

From scan to sequence. Every code gets its own unique link, so you see which codes convert and which are just decoration.

Point your phone at this. It is a working code, not a picture of one.

It opens the same kind of page we build for a scan: one screen, one action, no app and no typing.

Scan happens

Customer points phone at code printed on a flyer, table tent, business card, or vehicle.

Lands on tracked link

Scan resolves to a unique URL that logs the event. You see when, where, and what device scanned the code.

Form fills

Landing page shows up. Visitor fills name, email, or phone. You capture the lead.

Tag applies

Form submission triggers an automation. The visitor gets tagged so you know they came from this code.

Sequence starts

Welcome email fires immediately. Follow-up sequence runs. That one scan became a conversation.

Where codes live

Table tent
Vehicle wrap
Flyer
Packaging
Business card
Window decal

QR codes work when print has no link.

A URL on a flyer makes the reader type. A code makes the reader scan. One is friction. The other is a tap.

Good candidate

Physical materials

Table tents at tables. Packaging inside a box. A window decal. Flyers on bulletin boards. Business cards. Materials where a URL is clumsy but a scan is natural.

What makes tracking work.

A code is only useful if you can see what it does. These are the decisions that make the tracking honest.

Unique per placement One code, one URL, one tag

Every code gets its own link and its own tag in your CRM. You never have to ask, "Did this conversion come from the table tent or the car?" The tag tells you.

Always linked to sequence A scan that leads nowhere is wasted

The form on the landing page tags the visitor, and that tag triggers a welcome email immediately. The code brought someone in. Now they get a message.

Reporting that shows placement Which codes convert, which do not

The dashboard shows scans, converts, and cost per convert by location, so you know whether to print more cards, redo the window decal, or kill a placement altogether.

Simple to print No resizing, no editing, just print

You get a code at print size. Drop it into your design. Print it. Scan it to confirm. That is it. If the QR looks wrong in the file, we rebuild it before you print.

What a QR build comes with.

The code is just the start. The landing page, the sequence, the tags, and the dashboard to watch it all work.

Unique QR codes

One code per placement. Each URL is tracked independently. Drop codes into your designs at print size, print them, scan them to verify.

Landing page

Simple, mobile-optimized page where every scan lands. Explains the offer, captures the form data, fires the automation. Loads fast on any connection.

Tags and automation

Every form submission tags the visitor by placement. Welcome email fires immediately. Follow-up sequence routes based on the tag so messaging stays on target.

Tracking dashboard

See scans, click-throughs, form fills, and cost per convert by code. Which placements drive traffic. Which codes sit silent. Kill the noise, double down on what works.

Code files ready to print

High-res PNG and PDF for each code at final print size. No resizing. No guessing. Import directly into your design file and print.

Placement strategy

Recommendations on where to print codes based on your goals. How many codes. Which materials. Where they will get scanned versus ignored.

How the build runs.

Four steps from placement idea to the first scan.

Plan

Decide which materials get codes and what each code does. A table tent code might feed a booking form. A business card code might feed a welcome sequence.

Build pages and tags

Landing page written and designed. Automation set up in your CRM. Each code gets a unique tag and a unique URL so every placement can be tracked.

Generate codes

QR codes generated for each placement. Codes provided at print size in multiple formats. You drop them into your designs and print.

Track and optimize

Dashboard shows what each code does. Scans, conversion rate, cost per convert. Kill placements that do not work. Print more of the ones that do.

Questions worth asking first.

The four that come up on almost every call.

Question

Do I need a QR code or a URL?

A URL on a flyer asks the reader to remember it and type it later. A QR code asks for a one-second scan. If the material is printed and left somewhere people cannot type from (packaging, vehicle wrap, window decal), codes win. If it is an email or a digital ad, a link is simpler.

Question

How do I make sure people scan?

Size and placement. A code smaller than a postage stamp in the corner of a page will not get scanned. A code the size of a credit card near the main call to action, with clear copy above it saying "Scan for free [offer]", works. The placement sells the scan.

Question

What if someone scans the code before we are ready?

The landing page and sequence start immediately, so every scan is tracked and tagged. If your follow-up is not live yet, the welcome email still fires and the visitor still gets tagged. You can always send them into a holding sequence until the offer is ready.

Question

How many codes do I need?

One per placement if you want to know which placement works. If you print the same code on ten different materials, you will never know which ten scans came from the table tent and which ten came from the car. If tracking matters, every placement gets its own code.

Print. Scan. Automate.

Bring the placements you want to track, the offer, and your CRM setup. We handle the codes, the landing page, the tags, and the dashboard that shows what works.
